Encouraging open conversation also opens doors to innovative ways of doing business, ways of fulfilling goals, and develops the company dynamic. By giving the staff to voice their thoughts, each team member invests in the outcome of the project. Communication is the key: Good communication is central to managing staff skilfully. Maintaining an open door policy, listen intently to other people’s opinions, welcome all sorts of feedback, and give all your employees an equal voice.
